FAQ’s

  • Once scheduled and confirmed, Dwona will come out to take a look at your space, measure, consider the elements and airflow, and listen to your vision and what you are trying to accomplish. Then the magic happens; she will share her insight and ideas on where her Pieces might flourish the best. She prides herself on being old school and will hand write out your personalized quote and then, based on what is in back order at the ranch, give you an estimated timeframe for delivery.

  • This depends on how large your project is and can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks. We have a seven-step process from start to finish, and we will be delighted to share with you the estimated time within your initial quote.

All pieces are designed to require minimal care, but some larger pieces have special steps to water. We will ensure that you are provided with thorough instructions upon installation, but we also offer monthly maintenance services.

  • We come to visit at least once a month to water, prune, replenish buds, and add more seasonal color

  • For 1-2 vertical pieces, we prefer to block out at least 3 hours. For larger projects, it varies and is usually installed in agreed-upon phases based on the availability of the space.
